Carmen - sketchINK® - Waterproof Pigment Ink
Lightfast, waterproof, archival ink in vibrant yellow.
These incredible German-made sketchINK® inks are lightfast, permanent, waterproof, archival, and available in vibrant colours – Carmen is a bright shade of yellow.
Typically, pens with feeds like our Fountain Pens shy away from waterproof or pigmented inks as these often cause clogging. However, thanks to the nano pigments in sketchINK®, they have a wonderfully smooth flow, making them suitable for both calligraphy and fountain pens!
Please note that sketchINK® is not suitable for use with the Lumos, Lumos Mini or the Wren).

My favourite ink. Hands down- I love the color, love the saturation, love the versatility. I use my lumps mini, the bullet journal tip, and this ink for my day planner. Even as a yellow it’s easy to read.

Not sure if they've changed their formula since photos of the swatch were taken, but Carmen leans a lot more into a bright orange than a yellow. Don't get me wrong it's absolutely stunning and I love that it's permenant, but it's a bit of a shame that it's so orangey :( Photo is of a swatch with varying water levels, next to the 'Deep Black' ink from the Tom's Studio team.
