How many days do I have to return a product?

How do I return a faulty product:
  • Please email hello@tomsstudio.co.uk and we will be happy to help and advise you on next steps. Return shipping is covered by us on faulty items.
How do I return an unwanted product within 14 days?

UK customers
  • Please return item/s back to Tom's Studio, 9 East View Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1PP. Please obtain proof of postage. 
International customers
  • Please return item/s back to Tom's Studio, 9 East View Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1PP. Please obtain proof of postage. 

    NOTE:  To avoid duties you MUST obtain a customs declaration and mark the package as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Please also write 'RETURN' on the parcel.

We hope that you love your Tom's Studio product. However, if you wish to return your item please contact us at hello@tomsstudio.co.uk and we will be happy to help and advise you on next steps.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless your item is faulty. Custom items are unfortunately not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact hello@tomsstudio.co.uk to begin your returns process.

Failure to do so, or to declare any value on the shipment may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods which will be deducted from any refunds payable or recharged to your payment method.
