As a product designer and craftsman, I’ve spent years designing and handcrafting calligraphy and fountain pens for creatives across the world. However, I noticed that the pens I used most often – fineliners and writing pens – were some of the worst offenders for disposability. Either they ended up in a drawer waiting for hard-to-find refills, or I was reluctant to throw away an otherwise functional pen simply because it had run out of ink.

Bought the Lumos mini as my first purchase for quick writing, sketching and journalling. I'm so happy with it, the ease and fluidity of the writing, the no fail reloading of ink, the inter changeable nibs and brush that's so versatile. I'm not a big fan of all the advertisements on Facebook, but that's where I first heard about your pens. I like that they are refillable and that it is so easy to do. The instructions that came with my Lumos are understandable and clearly written. The pen IS a bit smaller than I expected it to be, but it hasn't created any problems. Also (and this is BIG), I live in the US and was blown away by the fact that the pen got to me from the UK in about 5 days! I had Christmas cards that took longer to get from the Wisconsin to California, so kudos on the prompt and speedy delivery! I am a Zentangle artist and this mini Lumos, with its variety of nibs and brushes is perfect for this hobby. The only thing I worry about now is losing it in the chaos of my home and studio, because the pen is so small! And I can already see that I'll probably be wanting a second pen so that I can work with a different nib and color of ink! Thank you so much for a quality product at a reasonable price.

I have a couple of these and love them so much. Not only are the pens themselves amazing, but the company is, as well. The one time I had a minor issue, the customer service was exceptional. You will NOT be disappointed!
