The Wren is a pen of exceptional quality. From the moment you pick it up, it feels beautifully made. I particularly love the weight — it has a reassuring sturdiness and substance to it without ever feeling cumbersome.
What really sets the Wren apart for me, though, is its texture. There’s something incredibly tactile about it; it genuinely feels like a privilege to hold and write with.
It writes beautifully too, and the olive green ink looks absolutely stunning on the page. I was slightly concerned that the pen might feel too small in my hands — I’m 6ft 6 and certainly not a small man! — but I needn’t have worried. The size feels absolutely perfect.
I use it with my well-worn leather journal, and somehow the combination just works. My journal has never looked so beautiful.
