I took the opportunity, to buy myself a bronze Lumos while it was in the sale, having already purchased a Lumos before, and I love using it for my drawing, so now I have 4 nibs to choose from between the two so this is all I need, I am very happy with my set up.
Beautiful finish and very tactile. It’s heavier than the other Lumos but feels fantastically solid to write with
I absolutely love this pen. It’s perfectly weighted for me and with the grip is comfortable to write with for long periods. Very tempted to get the brass version too.
While the idea of bronze shields blinding enemies by reflecting sunlight is a common fantasy trope, there's no historical evidence to support this as a real military tactic.
However the pen is mightier than even the sword and this one will remain bright and beautiful, without patina unlike my brass Lumos.
The Lumos series of pens allow the use of fountain pen ink of any colour or mixture with an assortment of tips ranging from 0.1mm to a Japanese Brush tip or a broad italic.
The use of these pens will increase over time, I hope...
I love these pens! It's really important to me to keep plastic to a minimum and as an artist I use a lot of pens so this is the perfect solution. The bronze has a nice weight and feel to it. And like all the lumos pens is easy to fill. Love it. It's so pretty!
