COVID-19 Delivery & Returns Update

Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions with Brexit and matters beyond our control, we’re experiencing delays with orders from the UK to mainland Europe.

We will be opening the Studio again on Monday 11th January at which time it is expected that normal service will be resumed. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customers ordering for UK delivery are unaffected by Brexit, however please be aware that there may still be small delivery delays due to Covid-19. Delivery of your order is reliant on Royal Mail and our courier partners, and we thank you for your patience with any delays. We will post any updates to deliveries here.


Please be assured we are actively following all government guidelines and taking all the necessary social distancing precautions at our Studio. If you do have any queries with your order, then email is preferable rather than instagram, as these messages may not be picked up. Please email Gemma at and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours*.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Delivery takes approximately 7-9 working days, although delays can sometimes occur. Tracking is not provided unless you choose Tracked Delivery. You are responsible for any customs charges in your own country.


We offer free tracked UK delivery for all orders over £60. 

Our standard delivery time for non-custom items is 2 working days, although at this time it could take longer, which is out of our control. We send all our UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please wait 10 working days from dispatch to contact us about a missing item.

As we are a small family business and due to the current situation with Covid-19, we may be slightly delayed in dispatching your order, thank you for bearing with us.

If you are returning an item, please contact Gemma in the first instance to get the ball rolling. *We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours, but at present this may take up to 3 days. We apologise for any inconvenience.
