A Little Note for Our International Friends:
Our gift cards are in good ol' British Pounds (£), but don’t worry – you can still spend them wherever you are in the world! When you shop with us, the value of your gift card will automatically be converted into local currency (whether that's dollars, euros, or something else), based on the current exchange rate.
So, if you’ve got a £50 gift card, it'll show up as the equivalent in your currency when you're ready to checkout. No math or tricky conversions – we’ve got it sorted for you!
Terms & Conditions:
Redemption: Tom’s Studio Classic Gifts Cards are redeemable only at tomsstudio.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other gift cards.
Delivery: E-Gift Cards will be delivered via email to the email address as provided at checkout, or to the gift recipient’s email (as entered on page before adding to cart). Please ensure all information is accurate.
Usage: Gift Cards can be applied to multiple transactions if the balance allows. If your purchase exceeds the available balance, you will be required to pay the remaining amount with an alternative payment method.
Expiry: Tom’s Studio Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire.
Balance Check: You can check your Gift Card balance by contacting the Tom’s Studio team at hello@tomsstudio.co.uk.
Promotions and Discounts: Gift Cards cannot be purchased with discount codes or during promotional periods.
