- The Poise will leave little circles on your pencil where you have tightened the thumbscrew.

- The Poise can fit pencils, charcoal and crayons of any shape up to a maximum diameter of 8mm.

- The Poise has an 8 mm inner diameter. It's 10 mm at its narrowest outer diameter and 11 mm at the widest. 

- Brass patinates over time, however it's easy to bring it back to it's gleaming best with a little bit of metal polish.
