Architect BB Fountain Pen Nib

Effortless big, juicy lines make this my go-to for sketching and everyday use. The Architect nib is the opposite of the Italic nib, featuring a broad cross stroke and a thin down stroke. This nib is a BB (double broad), delivering beautiful line variation with strokes measuring around 1.2mm at their thickest (horizontal) and 0.3mm on the downstroke. For even greater versatility, you can flip the nib upside down to create super fine hairline strokes.

Made exclusively for our fountain pens, all nibs are tipped with hard-wearing iridium for effortlessly smooth writing and are plated in 14k gold for a classic, elegant finish. Plus, every nib is interchangeable, allowing you to effortlessly switch styles whenever inspiration strikes.

Even though the first Fude nib was faulty they replaced it immediately; their customer service is excellent and the new Fude nib is beautiful - I just need to practise with it to use it to its ful potential.

Great nib!

My favourite nib to use with my Spark pen. In combination with the Tom's Studio fountain pen ink, this just glides over the paper. Hardly any pressure is needed to write in monoline. With a little pressure on the downstrokes this nibs turns my fountain pen into a full-fledged calligraphy pen. Very suitable for modern calligraphy when you don't want to or can't use a pointed pen.

Fantastic nib and feed!

I got the Titanium flex nib with the experimental CNC ebonite feed. I put it in an Asvine V200 vacuum feed pen (tons of ink) and it fit perfectly. Not that I don't want to get some Tom's Studio pens, I will. But this was a special project for me.

I love it! I’m new to pens but already a fan of flex nibs, and this one is great. I highly recommend it! The customer service getting my order right (my fault) was superb as well. Thanks!

Titanium triumph

I have a lot of pens and a lot of interesting nibs. I didn’t have a titanium one but this certainly seemed worth a go. I couldn’t be happier with it. Very functional and robust. I thought I’d be able to switch it into an existing pen body. I couldn’t so ended up buying one of Toms. Couldn’t be happier with that either
