I got the wren pen for everyday note taking, and it’s been wonderful. I’m not doing any beautiful journaling, but I have to handwrite a whole lot at work. This pen is simple and fun to use. Filling the ink is easy and not messy. And once the ink is filled, it functions like a regular pen for my everyday notes.
I was hesitant at first, but overall I am impressed with the quality of the product. Great little pen, will very likely be ordering some for friends.

I have always been in love with stationery, and a beautiful, well-writing pen brings me more joy than it probably should. I've loved my Lamy and Kaweco fountain pens, and I treasured my Vanishing Point fountain pen--until now. When I received the Wren as a gift, I never looked back. Not only does it put ink on paper like a dream, it is marvelous to hold. It's weighty, but certainly not heavy. The finish of the aluminum is glorious. And its tiny size (when capped) but ample grip--divine. It is also SO much easier to refill than a fountain pen. Lastly, I adore the satisfying sounds it makes when you uncap and recap it. I have since bought another Wren and a Lumos mini and several more Wrens for Christmas gifts. Try it--you'll fall in love too.
