Our fountain pen inks are British-made, water-based, acid-free, non-toxic and vegan-friendly. They work in all fountain pens, the Lumos, the Wren and dip pens. The colour range is extensive, from classic writing shades you'll use every day to vibrant artist colours, subtle neutrals and our rather lovely shimmer inks.
I spend ages getting each colour right. It's not just about the shade, it's the flow, the saturation, how it looks wet versus dry, how it behaves on different papers. Every ink has its own personality, which is part of what makes collecting them so addictive (don't say I didn't warn you).
The glass bottles are designed to be practical and beautiful. Wide neck for easy filling, gold-foiled label, and they look genuinely lovely lined up on a shelf. I've lost count of the number of customers who've told me their ink collection has become a bit of a display piece.
