Taking my knowledge from making calligraphy pens for some of the world's leading calligraphers, I wanted to make a pen that took all the best elements of a calligraphy pen and apply it to a fountain pen so you can be creative anywhere, anytime.

    Please note: We recommend you flush your fountain pen thoroughly before use. This will remove any oils from the nib which are present during manufacture, and will impede ink flow. 

    What ink can I use?
    The Studio Fountain Pen works beautifully with all fountain pen inks. Be sure not to use calligraphy specific ink as this can clog the pen.

    How do I change the nib?
    The nib units all unscrew from the pen. With the nib pointing towards you, remove the ink converter then simply pinch the nib and the feed (the black part under the nib) and twist anti-(counter) clockwise.

    We aim to process your order within 1-3 working days. Please note that this increases to 1-4 working days for orders that include any personalisation, such as engraving.

    Insanely great fountainpen

    I have a very large collection of fountain pens including all great brands and a large variation of nibs, but this fountain pen with the Architect nib is by far the best pen/nib combination I have ever used. It is the Stradivarius amongst fountain pens. A true masterpiece I recommend everyone!!

    The Studio Fountain Pen 🖋 wow!

    The Studio Fountain Pen is an absolute beauty!
    I use it daily because it's just such a pleasure to write and draw with. I wasn't expecting the weighted lid end to make a significant difference to the way I use fountain pens, but it does! The pen almost writes and draws by itself!
    I bought the gold Cursive Italic and Semi-Flex nibs and both nibs produce wonderfully expressive marks in my handwriting and artworks. I use the syringe in Tom's Studio inks to change colour often, and without rinsing the colour mixes and transitions are stunning! I've only owned it for ten days(!) and it's already become a treasured posession and "can't do without" artists tool for me.

    Lovely pen, lovely colour

    This is my favourite fountain pen The Studio Fountain pen, colour iris. I have three of these pens all in different beautiful colours. Very well balanced in the hand, smooth and easy to write, sketch journal with. I use the Broad nib very versatile. Great pen.

    This beautiful instrument could have been designed for me - a genuinely fine nib with a smooth action which glides in all directions making it perfect for drawing as well as writing. And not only is it beautiful it's also environmentally ethical. Couldn't be better!
