Tom’s Studio is a design-led company focused on creating game-changing, sustainable pens, tools and stationery for creative folks across the globe. This is a chance to have a real impact on how we operate and become a critical part of a small startup team who are excited about growing the business while we learn and adapt.
Tom’s Studio sits neatly at the intersection of creativity and commerce. We design our products to balance beauty, utility and sustainability, and these needs help provide a lens through which we make many decisions. The Digital Marketing Manager sits at this intersection as well, ensuring that our marketing drives revenue, while also making certain that our communication is creative, engaging, and informative.
Whether we’re sending an email campaign introducing a new release, concepting an ad to drive traffic to our website, or building a new landing page to help customers to find their perfect refillable pen, the space between practicality and creativity is front-of-mind at all times. By remaining consistent in our marketing frequency, we can generate reliable results and plan for growth. You will be the owner of the marketing calendar, concepting and managing campaigns with the internal team and specialist agencies and freelancers. By remaining creative and experimental in our execution, we can engage our creative community, and continue to surprise them with new ideas and exciting new products.
The Digital Marketing Manager balances technical marketing skills, clear communication, data-lead decision making and a genuine fascination with the process of telling stories and forging meaningful connections. By dedicating time and resources to these priorities, we will better be able to invite new people to join us on our journey and subsequently fight the battle against disposable and unsustainable stationery.
We are a small team who love what we do. Designing and making beautiful, sustainable tools that engage and enthuse creatives all over the world brings us a lot of joy. We hope working here will not only be enjoyable but also an exciting challenge and an opportunity to learn and grow with us. 1.6 billion pens go to landfill every year in the USA alone, you can help change that.
