Tom's Studio Returns Policy

We want you to love your Tom's Studio pen! If you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns work:

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for final sale items, e-gift cards, classic gift cards, and any engraved items.
  • We can’t accept returns for pens that have been inked or used unless they’re faulty.
  • You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@tomsstudio.co.uk to start your return.
  2. Send your item to: Tom's Studio Returns, Unit N3 Marshall Way, Frome, BA11 2FB, United Kingdom
  3. Please include a note with your order number, email address, and the reason for return to help us process it quickly.

For International Returns

Mark your package as "Returned Goods" with ZERO commercial value to avoid duties and write ‘RETURN’ clearly on the parcel.

Order Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@tomsstudio.co.uk – we’d love to help!

Refunds

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of the parcel arriving at our studio. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process into your account.

Final sale

Gift Cards and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with a gift card are refunded as store credit to the original gift card.

Products Purchased from Stockists

If you have an order issue or any other enquiry, and your product was purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the shop it was bought from directly. If you are experiencing a product fault get in touch with our team directly.
