Yes we ship internationally and our delivery times vary depending on the country.

UK - 2 working days*

Europe - 5 working days*

Rest of World - 7-9 working days*

Please note that there is a 1-3 day processing time for all orders, with an extra day if any part of your order needs to be engraved. Shipping times are calculated from dispatch.

 All orders over £100 will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

* Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that timings are a guide, not guaranteed, and do not account for unforeseen delays outside of our control. At busy times of the year such as Christmas, processing and delivery times may be longer. Please check in with us on social media for regular updates.

Our standard delivery time for non-custom items is 2 working days (UK) and 7-9 working days (International) although delays may happen due to Covid and Brexit. If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please contact us first (UK only). Please note that there is a 3 day processing time for all orders and shipping times are calculated from dispatch.

The following returns policy applies to all UK, European and International orders:

If you would like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return your item(s). Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused. We offer the free royal mail return shipping for domestic orders, however we do not cover international shipping.

How to return your order:

1. Notify us via email that you wish to return your order, stating your order number in the subject line.

2. Return your item(s) unused, in their original state and packaging at the address below via your preferred delivery method, ensuring to obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please include a note with your order number, name and address in your package.

3. Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team,
your refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Although we expect it
to be much sooner, please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear back in
your account.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your order, so we can resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement.Any items deemed faulty can be returned to us free of charge

Our handmade products are made to last a lifetime and we are able to repair or replace every single part of our pens. As such, we offer a complimentary repair service should your pen need a little TLC or you are not happy with the functionality. Please contact if you need to discuss a repair.
