A beautiful and infinitely refillable fineliner, writing, and brush pen, including 9 professional artist's tips and 2 writing tips.

Too many pens and their refills are disposable by design. Similar to printer ink cartridges, pen companies want you to buy into their format so they can keep selling you replacement pens or refills repeatedly. It's good for their business, but it's bad for the planet and stifles creativity.

As a product designer and craftsman who loves using a variety of pens to create illustrations and designs, I had this very problem! Pens would sit in my drawer for years, either patiently waiting for that very specific refill, or I was just loath to dispose of an otherwise fully functional pen that had run out of ink.

Having designed and handmade calligraphy and fountain pens for creative folks across the world full-time for over 6 years, I decided it was time to apply my knowledge to the pen I used most of all and one of the biggest culprits when it came to its disposable nature: the fineliner.

    It took quite a while for the pen to arrive, but this was by no means Tom's fault. (You gotta love customs...) Customer service was very swift and appropriate in their response!

    The pen itself is great, I love it! Especially the fact that I can write in 2 colors with one pen. I use that feature mainly in my planner, where my personal planning en work planning are assigned different colors.
    Writing is very smooth and comfortable and with the smallest tips, I'm able to neatly write on 3mm squared paper.
    Filling with ink via capillary action is easy and quick as a whistle.

    The only thing that would make this pen even better, was if a pen clip were added, so it could be used in a planners'/ notebooks' pen loop.

    I love this pen and have been using it for drawing zentangle projects. With the dual nibs, I have all I need. Saying that, I’m thinking I might just get another one ... you never know when you'll need some different nibs or even different colour ink. The possibilities with this pen is endless.

    Wow!! So in love with this pen!

    Just received my Lumos Duo and I am in love. The attention to packaging makes it such a special treat just to open. And then THE PEN. The size and weight feel beautiful in my hand. I put in the brush tip and loaded with the No.60 black ink with not a bit of trouble or extra ink anywhere. It writes beautifully! And I love the versatility of this brush tip (as seen in the picture). I did purchase the leather finger grip which I recommend, as the pen itself is smooth and slippery. I cannot wait to spend hours exploring all the options this pen has to offer!
