It's simple to get started – fill out the enquiry form above (this just helps us to get to know you a bit better!). We aim to review all requests within 2 working days and upon approval you will receive access details via email. Our minimum order value is £200.
We are currently building out a collection of free-to-download printable guides for our pens, and we're trialling Point of Sale with selected retailers. We will be sure to update you with as they become available!
No payment terms – all orders are prepaid via credit card or bank transfer.
UK (domestic) orders are shipped with APC Logistics.
All international orders are shipped via DHL.

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and timelines are automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes, you can shop in your local currency for added convenience. However, please note that exchange rates are finalised at the point of order approval. This means the final total may differ slightly from the amount shown at checkout when your order is first submitted.
