Holiday Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Tom's Studio pen, and we truly believe they make a splendid gift. For your peace of mind, we’ve extended our return window for the holiday season. However, please note that we’re unable to accept returns for pens that have been used or inked, unless they are faulty.

  • For all purchases made between 1st November and 24th December, we will honour an extended returns window of 60 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After 60 days, store credit will be issued for the original purchase price.
  • This excludes final sale items, including e-gift cards, classic gift cards, and any engraved items.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning items (unless deemed faulty). We recommend a tracked or ‘signed for’ service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.

     

    Return items can be shipped to:

    Tom's Studio, Unit N3 Marshall Way, Frome, BA11 2FB, United Kingdom.

     

    Please include a note with your order number, email address, and the reason for your return so our team can process it smoothly.

    For international returns, please note: To avoid duties you MUST obtain a customs declaration and mark the package as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Please also write 'RETURN' on the parcel.

    Refunds

    We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of the parcel arriving at our studio. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process into your account.

     

    Final sale

    Gift Cards and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with a gift card are refunded as store credit to the original gift card.

     

    Products purchased from stockists

    If you have an order issue or any other enquiry, and your product was purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the shop it was bought from directly. If you are experiencing a product fault get in touch with our team directly.
