I have purchased several of these converters and all of them have been perfect.
The twist mechanism is nice and smooth without feeling flimsy or loose, and the chamber fills with ink easily and quickly without having to repeatedly draw ink in and out to force out excess air, which can be a problem with some converters.
At such a reasonable price it has been great to have converters for different inks, so I can keep different colour tones separate with there own converters and not have to worry about residual ink contaminating new ink in a converter ( this has been especially useful when using pigmented inks).
All in all this is a great item that you barely notice because it does it's job so well and I can't recommend these converters highly enough.

I bought a lot of these and glad I did so I can have more than one type of ink ready.

So far, I’m very happy with products I’ve purchased from Tom’s Studio. I bought the Pro-flex titanium nib and an additional ink converter for my Tom’s Studio Spark fountain pen. This allows me to easily do calligraphy on the go and maximize the use of my shimmering fountain pen inks.
