Orders placed on this website are shipped from the UK and invoiced in the local currency displayed at checkout.

Order processing


It typically takes up to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. If your order includes personalised elements (such as engraving) please allow an extra day.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If you need an item urgently or for a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Standard delivery estimates


  • UK: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • USA: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of world: 8-10 business days
Please note: Orders to Canada may be delayed due to ongoing Canada Post strike action. While we aim to deliver within 7–10 business days, delays are likely, and we appreciate your patience.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure timely delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected issues.

We are currently unable to ship to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight and courier options.

International customers

USA – Delivery Duties Paid (DDP)


All orders to the USA are shipped using a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service.

This means:

  • No customs charges, duties or taxes to pay on arrival
  • We cover all fees upfront before your parcel leaves the UK
  • Your parcel will still pass through customs, but there should be no additional charges

EU – Delivery Duties Paid (DDP)


All orders to EU countries are also shipped DDP.

You can expect:

  • No customs fees, import charges or VAT on delivery
  • All duties are handled in advance
  • Normal customs processing still applies, but without additional costs to you

Rest of world


Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, EU and USA may be subject to local customs or import fees.

Please note:

  • These fees are set by your country’s customs authority
  • They are not payable by Tom’s Studio
  • The recipient is responsible for payment once the parcel arrives
  • Costs vary by destination, so we recommend checking your national customs or tax website before ordering

    Customs processing


    Every international parcel must pass through customs in the destination country.

    A few important points:

    • Customs processing times vary and are outside our control
    • Parcels may occasionally be selected for additional checks, which can cause delays
    • If your parcel is held by customs, we are unable to request its release
    • For updates, please refer to your tracking link and contact your local customs office if needed

    Changes to orders


    We ship orders quickly, which means we cannot always guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before dispatch.

    Please review your order carefully and contact us straight away if you need to make a change. We’ll be happy to help if your order has not yet shipped.

    Delays and undeliverable packages


    Please double-check your address and post/zip code when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by address errors.

    If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for:

    • The original shipping charges
    • Any import fees applied to the package
    • The cost of returning the package to us

    These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

    Pre-order items


    If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together to minimise our carbon footprint. If you would prefer us to split the shipment, please contact us.
