Order processing
Orders placed on this website will be shipped from the UK and invoiced in the local currency displayed at checkout.
During busy periods (such as the run up to Christmas!) it may take up to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Please allow an extra day for orders that include personalised elements, such as engraving. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you need an item urgently or for a specific date, please contact us before placing an order to ensure that we can deliver your order in time.

Please note: Due to ongoing Canada Post strike action, we are currently only able to ship to Canada via DHL Express. While this service ensures faster delivery, it does come at a higher cost. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
- UK: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Rest of world: 8-10 business days
Please note: For orders to Canada, shipping times may be delayed due to ongoing Canada Post strike action. While we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days, delays are likely, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected delays.
Please note, we are unable to ship to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
International customers
International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom or the EU may be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. These fees are not payable by Tom's Studio and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure you are aware of any additional fees you may be charged at your shipping destination before placing an order. While we cannot specify the exact cost, as it varies by destination, we recommend consulting your local customs office (or your country's tax authority website) for an estimate.
Changes to orders
The good news is that we ship out orders quickly. However, this also means we can't always guarantee that we can change or cancel an order before it ships.
Please review your order carefully, and be sure to get in touch right away if you have a need to change or cancel your order. A member of our team will be happy to help if it hasn't already been dispatched!
Delays and undeliverable packages
Please double-check your address and post/zip code when you’re ordering to avoid any delays in your order unnecessarily. We cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part.
If you refuse a shipment from Tom’s Studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Preorder items
If your order contains a pre-order item, your whole order will be shipped together in order to minimise our carbon footprint. So please refer to pre-order delivery times in this instance. Alternatively, you can ask us to split the order.
