The weight of it, the flow of the ink, the comfort in my hand. Love love love it!

I umm’d and ahh’d about Tom’s pens for ages. You know, wanting to possess such a lovely thing but aware that I don’t write by hand as much as I used to and so on? Then the Wren appeared and I could rationalise buying a pen at long last....
It’s lovely.
I love the fact that I could choose the colours - dark purple and dark green - and it fits very comfortably in the hand; solid and weighty. It’s got that satisfying action of something that has been well-engineered: the cap fits perfectly in both configurations, the barrel is silky, the writing ‘feel’ is excellent - smooth and fluid on the page. I like the fact that I can change inks and I love the fact that, with luck, I can use it and use it and use it - provided I don’t lose it.
I’ve had it engraved (mind you, I would have preferred a black lettering or silver/gold to white but it’s a minor quibble) so that there is a chance that it might return to me, should I mislay it! At least no-one in the immediate vicinity is going to have precisely this pen, in these colours…
If you are hesitating, hesitate no longer. Go ahead. I don’t think you’ll regret owning a Wren.

I am pretty new to calligraphy and I have a tendency to get a lot of supplies first and then sort of work my way through them deciding which I like best. This pen is absolutely amazing. Not only is it beautiful but I can write for at least twice as long comfortably as I can with another pen. The weight balances so nicely in the hand but I have no trouble making thin entrance or upstrokes. I have stopped buying other calligraphy pens since every time I go to practice I grab this one. I am going to order another just because I love it so much! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Bought as for my partner as Birthday present. She loves it and I have had a go now and it is beautifully smooth using all the nibs. So much so I am going to buy one for myself!

I’m totally wowed by this pencil, it’s great. Grips lead perfectly (both sizes) and feels really natural in the hand, it’s the perfect weight.

It is a pleasure for me to use Tom's products to continue to develop my calligraphy skills. I have lots of ideas and so little skill, my visions are encouraged by using this well balanced pencil and the other first class products produced by Tom's studio.

I have been eyeing this pen for some time and decided to treat myself. My goodness, it is exceptional and an absolute joy to write with. I wasn't sure how I would like a shorter pen, but the weight and the balance while writing creates beautiful swells and incredibly thin upstrokes. It's very well made and my absolute go to. This will not be my last purchase from Tom's Studio and I can't wait to treat myself again.

Beautiful to hold, to behold and an absolute joy to use! I’ve had my ‘Blush’ Mechanical Pencil for a few days now and I cannot stop using it! I do draw everyday and it’s so easy because it’s beautifully weighted. It is now my preferred pencil and know that it will last me a lifetime. I love that I can swap between 0.5 and 0.7 size graphite but can also swap between the different hardnesses (2H to 2B) which is so easy. Tom has done it again and designed this superb sustainable tool.

What can I say …. just love the pen. To draw with a quality product just makes the whole process and experience so joyful. The feel of the pen and its mark making is just exquisite. I’ve only used the very finest tip to date, having received the pen around three weeks ago, but looking forward to using the full range at some point. The Website, supplied detail information, customer service and delivery, even up here in the Inner Hebrides is faultless. So good to support a supplier who thinks about the product they produce, how it enhances the user and its effect the environment. Just excellent.

This is by far the best pen I have ever owned . I love the fact that I can change the nibs and the refilling is super easy and eco friendly. It is also so smooth to write with and enables me to loosen my grip that I had with plastic biros . I take my lumos wherever I go .

The Lumos Duo is beautifully designed and lovely to use. I love having two tips in the same pen. What a brilliant idea to be able to fill with the ink of your choice, and the ink 'filling' process and nib changing are both really simple. Fantastic all round!

A greaqt pen that I am enjoying a lot! Interchangeable nibs that are quick and easy to change over and the simplicity of refilling the ink is great as well. I do enjoy writing with it. Well done Tom!

I've been looking for a refillable pen for a while now, and the Lumos Pro has gone above and beyond my expectations. First off, I can have two separate tips and / or colors at all times. Second, the design is so appealing that I find myself admiring it throughout the day, which leads to very mindful writing sessions. And lastly, I'm so grateful to be able to fully disassemble, reassemble, replace and reuse all parts of the pen. Hats off to Tom's Studio. Brava.

I just love all the Lumos, they are so addictive! All the colors and materials are so beautiful. I really like this silver and pink combination. I felt I have to get to use to the brush tip it is a bit different for me than the Pentel or the Tombow brush pens, but then I started to enjoy it a lot. And the fact that I can have the colour of my fav inks is amazing!

A great holder that fits extremely well in the hand and is perfectly balanced.
