Great- Service!

I ordered these pencils and was initially disappointed, as the first set had no scent at all. I’d read so many positive reviews elsewhere that I wondered if I’d just received a faulty set.

I contacted Tom’s Studio with my feedback, and they responded quickly and helpfully, sending me a replacement set straight away. The new set arrived with the scent exactly as expected, and I’m very happy with them.
